Hello friends, here we will see the complete information of TAT Exam Syllabus 2023, in which what will be the study order of question paper 1 and what will be the study order of question paper 1? How much weightage will the subjects have? What will be the time of our paper? Here we will see all the information about when the exam will be held.
Preliminary Exam
This test will be in two sections. Section-1 will have 100 questions and Section-2 will have 100 questions.
There will be total 200 questions in this test and the duration of the question paper will be 180 minutes.
This test will be OMR based Multiple Choice Question.
This test will have a single set of questions for each section.
One point will be awarded for each question. In response to each question, there will be four choices, and the correct choice must be chosen.
In the evaluation of this test, there will be negative evaluation of 0.25 marks (minus) for each wrong answer.
Mains Exam Descriptive written form
Paper-1: Language Ability
a) Gujarati language ability (for Gujarati medium) 100 marks
Or
b) Hindi language ability (for Hindi medium) 100 marks
Or
k) English language ability (for English medium) 100 marks
Question Paper-2: Content and Methodology (Pedagogy) (As per Table-2) (The question paper will be of the subject applied for and the medium applied for)
- There will be two question papers of this main exam. Question paper-1 will have 100 marks for Gujarati / Hindi / English preparation and Question Paper-2 will have 100 marks for content and subject method preparation. So this main exam will be of 200 marks.
- The syllabus of the subject in this exam will be of class 9 to 10 and its difficulty and relevance will be of graduation level.
- Time for 100 marks in question paper-1 will be 150 minutes.
- Time for 100 marks in question paper-2 will be 180 minutes.
Question Paper-1 Gujarati/Hindi Preparation (100 Marks)
Essay: About 250 to 300 words
Abbreviation Abbreviate in your own words about 1/3 of the given prose
Letter Writing : (About 100 words) (Congratulations/Wishes/Requests/Complaints etc.)
Debate Paper (Approx. 200 words) (Illustration showing personal opinion on public questions/problems in newspaper)
Grammar (Write answer as suggested)
- Meaning and Syntax of Idioms
- Meaning of proverbs
- Identify the rhyme
- Idolization and identity of Samas
- Identify the motif
- Spell correction
- Treaty – join or leave
- A word for phrase
- Writing correction, language correction
- Parts of Syntax/Types of Sentences 2 Sentence Transformations
Question Paper-1 English Proficiency (100 Marks)
- Report Writing (in about 200 words)
- Formal Speech (in about 150 words)
- Application/Letter Writing (in about 150 words)
- GrammarTenses, Narration (Direct-Indirect), Use of articles and determiners, Transformation of sentences, Use of Propositions, Use of Phrasal Verbs, Administrative Glossary, One-word substitution, Cohesive devices/connectives/ Linkers, Voice, Use of idiomatic expressions, Synonyms/Antonyms, Affixes, Words that cause confusion like homonyms/homophones
Question Paper-2 : Content and Subject Method Preparation (Table-2) (100 Marks)
- Answer point wise (in 200 to 250 words) any three out of five (08 marks each)
- Answer as called for (150 to 200 words) any four out of six (06 marks each)
- Answer in one or two sentences Ten Compulsory (02 marks each)
- Objective Questions (01 Marks each) Fill in the Blank / Match the Pairs / True-False / etc. (12 Marks)
