NTSE EXAM 2020-2021 FOR STD 10
Every year the State Examination Board organizes various examinations for the competitive development of the children so that the brilliant children can come forward. NCERT New Delhi Awarded National Talent Search Examination Two for the students studying in Std. 10 here in the current academic year. The first phase examination will be conducted by State Examination Board Gandhinagar on Sunday 13 12 2020
Applications for this exam should not be filled online on the official website from 17 10 2020 to 3 11 2020
Scholarship amount and rules of payment
Based on the result of NTSE first phase examination, according to the merit, according to the prescribed photo of the state, the selection list of candidates for the second phase examination will be prepared. The second phase examination will be conducted by NCERT New Delhi through which to get scholarship. Eligible candidates will be eligible for the following scholarships
Here you can get Std. 11 and 12 monthly up to Rs. 250
Scholarship of Rs. 2000 / - for undergraduate and post graduate studies
Scholarships will be eligible for PhD course as per UGC rules
Qualification of the student
Students who are studying in Std. 10 in the current academic year in any recognized board, government school, grant aided school, private school, local body school or any other recognized school in the state of Gujarat will be able to appear for the NTSE examination. Indian students studying in Std-10 abroad will also be able to appear for the NTSE examination if they are not working under the age of 18 on the 7th 2020 as well as for the first time appearing in Std-10 examination. Can apply directly for the second phase examination. For this, the application form to be published on the website of NCERT in January 2021 has to be filled as per the instruction by gcert by 28 2021.
Income limit
As per the decision taken by NCERT New Delhi, the income limit is not to be considered in this examination. Students who are eligible for scholarship will get full scholarship.
Test structure
The medium of examination will be English as well as Gujarati. The question paper of the medium whichever medium the student chooses will be given
The test will be of multiple choice and multi-purpose format
Each question will have one mark
There will be no negative evaluation in the evaluation of this test
Blind students will be eligible for an additional thirty minutes in both sections
Normally the examination center will be held at the district level
No marks for passing General and OBC and non-reserved category students will get 80% passing marks in each section and for ST and Ph category students will get 8% qualifying marks in each section.
The procedure to be followed by the school
It will be the sole responsibility of the school to fill up the application forms for the examinations online to the students.
